Requirements

### Must have:
### - We require a BA/BS in computer science, computer engineering, or another technical or related field, or an equivalent background. - We require at least 10 years of related experience. - We require three or more years of successful software delivery or software development experience using Appian technologies or a similar platform. - We require Appian Certified Lead Developer certification, or an equivalent credential. - We value familiarity with agile or scrum delivery methods. - We look for prior software or platform experience, ideally in a Business Process Management environment. - We need experience with functional design, configuration, deployment, and testing of enterprise applications. - We require strong relational database design and SQL skills. - We value solid problem-solving, design, communication, and presentation abilities. - We look for working knowledge of application servers, web servers, operating systems, and web application architecture concepts. - We require U.S. citizenship. - We require an active Secret clearance, or the ability to obtain one. - We require candidates to pass our pre-employment qualifications.
Responsibilities:

- We design and build enterprise applications on the Appian platform to support mission-critical business processes and stakeholder relationships. - We own solutions end to end, translating complex needs into scalable applications and carrying them through design, configuration, deployment, and testing. - We integrate Appian with surrounding systems using web services, FTP, JMS, and other web technologies. - We focus on user experience to ensure the tools we deliver are intuitive and effective. - We collaborate closely with our Agile team in day-to-day delivery. - We may work on other customer relationship management or low-code tools supported in our program environment. - We perform additional duties as assigned.
