Cardiothoracic position with one of the largest physician-owned and governed multi-specialty clinics in the Midwest. $800k guarantee + wRVU bonus + quality incentive + signing incentive (up to $100k). Comprehensive Cardiovascular team includes 20 Cardiologists and 4 Vascular Surgeons. Teaching opportunities with residency program. Research opportunities available. 401(k) profit sharing retirement plan. Largest Physician-Owned and Governed Multi-Specialty Clinics in the Midwest Large referral base within clinic of over 290 multi-specialty physicians and providers. Optional health, dental, vision, long-term disability, long-term care and term life insurance, and flexible spending accounts. Two designated cardiac surgery ORs and access to two hybrid procedural rooms.
