- Optimal Outpatient Balance: Experience a refreshing departure from the industry-standard hospital burden; while initial volume is a 50/50 split, the role transitions to a 6070% outpatient-heavy model. You will provide coverage at only two local hospitalsReston Hospital Center and Loudoun Hospitalbenefiting from a remarkably low patient hospitalization rate.
