Compensation: $105,000 $112,000 annually

As Dean of Nursing & Nurse Administrator, you ll play a pivotal role in guiding faculty, supporting students, and ensuring program excellence all while advancing nursing education in your community.

What You ll Do

As Dean of Nursing, you will:

• Serve as the academic and administrative leader for the nursing program, overseeing faculty management, student success, and program compliance.

• Recruit, mentor, and develop faculty and Associate Deans, fostering a collaborative and high-performance academic team.

• Ensure curriculum quality and alignment with accreditation and Board of Nursing standards.

• Establish and maintain clinical partnerships to provide students with exceptional real-world training opportunities.

• Monitor and improve key academic metrics such as NCLEX pass rates, program completion, and graduation rates.

• Act as a visible ambassador for the program, representing the nursing school at community events, pinning ceremonies, graduations, and professional gatherings.

• Create an inclusive, student-centered environment that promotes engagement, learning, and retention.

What We re Looking For

• Master s degree in Nursing (MSN) required; Doctoral degree preferred.

• Active, unencumbered RN license in Illinois.
