Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.) and adjust care plans as needed. Collaborate with residents, students, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure high-quality outcomes. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer review, and establishing clinical standards. Mentor support staff a
