WHAT YOU'LL DO Guide buyers and sellers through the full transaction, from first conversation to closing. Manage and grow your pipeline using the leads and tools we provide. Build lasting client relationships that turn into repeat and referral business. Represent Works professionally across your market. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We welcome both experienced agents and those early in their careers. An active Oregon or Washington real estate license (or one in progress, ask us about our path for in-process licensees). Strong communication and follow-through. A self-motivated, client-first mindset. Comfort using technology to run a modern real estate business. COMPENSATION Commission-based with a competitive structure.
