Local Team Collaboration: We take pride in our well-established team of 14 clinicians: nine physicians and five APPs at McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center. Collaboration is the cornerstone of our practice. We value your voice and encourage active participation within our team and with other hospital departments. We can now consider 2027 J1 candidates for this site - HHS and Conrad 30. Qualifications: Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine. Scheduling: We offer flexibility in scheduling and guaranteed shift obligations. Currently hiring clinicians for day rounding with an equal rotation through nights Key Responsibilities: We have a semi-open ICU with on-site intensivists during the day and Sound Tele-Critical Care support at night. We serve an underserved population, and we actively collaborate within our hospital and with other local healthcare facilities to better serve our community.
