Otolaryngology Physician

We have opened an Otolaryngology (ENT) locum physician need for Medical Center in Normal, IL. REQUIREMENTS: Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. If confirmed, locum provider must agree to the following requirements: provide locum firm with vaccination records, negative drug screening, and complete physical within 90 days of start date (per Health Attestation Form). SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday, clinic or OR depending on day. Call is currently one full week each month (Monday-Sunday). There is overnight call during that week. Locum must be able to attend an onsite orientation on a weekday prior to first assignment (typically set for 8:30a-5p), which would include administrative paperwork and EPIC Training. LICENSING RESTRICTION: Already active Illinois license. Providers with IMLC are not being accepted at this time.
