Provider must have experience treating adults and pediatrics (6 months+) and must be able to handle high volume patient care as a sole provider while maintaining a positive attitude that embodies Company's culture of providing high quality health care in our communities. We will not consider new grads. Provider must have at least 12 months of experience. Provider must have an active NC license and an active NC DEA. Please specify level of proficiency with EPIC, Provider will be required to use Epic Provider must be able to see and treat all patients as the sole provider in the Center Provider should have good soft skills as they will be one on one with support staff and each patient HCO relies on Agency's credentialing of each provider, HCO will process Medicare Enrollment only Once Bid vetted, Clinical Screening/Interview will be setup - if approved (passed) - Provider must provide all credentialing requirements before being scheduled.
