Seasonal Warehouse Order Packer

Position Type: Temporary Seasonal Location: East Syracuse, NY (In-Person/Onsite) About the Role Join our fulfillment team for the holiday season! As a Seasonal Warehouse Order Packer, you’ll help make sure every order leaves our warehouse with care, accuracy, and efficiency—so customers receive exactly what they ordered, when they expect it. This is a temporary seasonal position expected to run through mid-January 2027. The exact end date is flexible and will depend on business needs. We provide training, and prior warehouse experience is helpful but not required. Responsibilities Accurately pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment Verify order completeness and accuracy prior to packing and shipment Perform quality checks and resolve discrepancies Assist with picking products based on customer orders and pick lists as needed Proactively address errors, shortages, or quality concerns with supervisors Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Meet daily production and quality goals as part of a team Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures Assist with additional warehouse tasks as needed Schedule & Compensation Temporary seasonal position, expected to run through mid-January 2027 (end date flexible based on business needs) Schedule: 2nd shift; full-time and part-time schedules available Hourly rate: $16.00–$17.00 Work Location: Onsite in East Syracuse, NY Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Basic English communication skills sufficient to perform job duties Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand motions required Ability to accurately count and follow written or verbal instructions Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required Availability to work 2nd shift through the end of the seasonal assignment Benefits What We Offer Joining our team for the holiday season comes with: Weekly pay Monday - Friday schedule Paid sick leave in accordance with New York State law Paid on-the-job training, so you can feel confident from day one A supportive, team-focused environment during our busiest and most exciting time of year Equal Opportunity Employer Jam+ is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
