Compensation & Benefits • $15.00–$18.00+ per hour (based on experience) • Bilingual Preferred-Higher Pay for Bilingual candidates company wide • Monthly profit sharing — exceed your goals and your paycheck grows with it • Every Sunday off — a guaranteed 5-day workweek • Earn rewards for great work through our WorkTango recognition platform • Top performers fast-tracked into Store Manager training • Paid sick, personal, vacation, and holiday time • Medical, dental, and vision insurance + company-paid life & AD&D • Short-term and long-term disability, critical illness and accident coverage • 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan • Employee purchase plan What You’ll Do You will run the day-to-day alongside your Store Manager, with real ownership over results: • Assist fellow store team members in sales, inventory, delivery, and service with a smile • Drive store revenue by consistently hitting and surpassing company sales targets • Manage store inventory and ensure accurate cash reconciliation • Deliver an exceptional customer experience such as: greeting, assisting, and resolving issues • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom • Occasionally participate in the creation of social media and marketing content, including photos and videos, as requested to support Company initiatives. • Assist with product deliveries, setup, service, and returns as needed • Support the Store Manager in all operational duties Requirements What We Are Looking For • Sales or customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or similar — all count) • A positive, motivated attitude and a desire to lead • Valid, physical driver’s license held for at least 1 year • Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as part of the role • Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S. Conditions of employment include a background check and motor vehicle records check through HireRight.
