This role will play a critical role in stabilizing and modernizing our U.S. benefits operations, supporting M&A integration, ensuring scalable, compliant programs as Avanos continues to grow. The role will also offer exposure to global benefits programs and cross functional initiatives providing strong development opportunities for individuals looking to grow their impact in Total Rewards or broader HR operations. This hybrid role is based in Alpharetta, GA and requires three days per week in the office. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and administer US retirement plans including fundings, file uploads, audits, loans, monitoring integrations, contributions, compliance and all other administrative aspects. Monitor global retirement plans. Actively and efficiently manage vendors and SLAs for relocation, retirement, employee recognition and health and welfare administrators as applicable. Prepare and monitor compliance calendar for all benefits and coordinate with appropriate parties to ensure all items are completed timely and correctly. Monitor Benefits Mailbox and resolves inquiries or issues received. Review, assess and provide guidance and direction to resolve within benefit program parameters serving as the escalation point for Tier 2 inquiries. Understand and ensure compliance with ERISA regulations. Lead benefits integrations of M&A into current benefit plans. Manage Leave and ADA requests for the business, providing guidance and partnering with HRBPs and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws. Perform weekly new hire presentation and own references associated including updating and distributing to new hires as they are onboarded. Assist with administration of HW activities and work efficiently with the team on RFPs and successful Annual Enrollments and other HW activities as required. Help administer the administration of the employee recognition program, associated vendor and inquiries/responsibilities as required. Performs other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business. Collaborates and coordinates with other team members to share knowledge, provide functional support and ensure continuity of services. Your qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. At least four years of human resources experience with employee benefits and wellness programs required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Hybrid role in-office 3 days week Preferred: Experience with Success Factor or other HRIS preferred. Professional certification in benefits (CEBS) and/or human resources (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred. Deep knowledge and experience administering leaves of absence (FMLA, Disability and State Leaves) and associated payroll adjustments Deep knowledge and experience with 401(k) plan administration and proven record of plan compliance. Global retirement experience a plus. Responsibilities entail all technical and conceptual sales aspects of the AVANOS Enteral Feeding product portfolio including, but not limited to, the validation of product cost/value proposition sustaining the existing book of business and leading to increased year on year sales as per the AVANOS Enteral Feeding sales plan and territory sales objectives. Product Responsibility: Enteral feeding tubes and accessories, radiologic/surgical tube placement kits, enteral feeding tube placement hardware (capital) and disposables, enteral feeding tube retention, enteral feeding intolerance, diagnostic and endoscopic accessories, and any other products as determined by commercial leadership. Territory: Ohio (Columbus, Cleveland) Covering: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Specialty Nutrition Systems (SNS) Associate Clinical Sales Consultant is responsible for supporting the adoption, expansion, and clinical execution of AVANOS Specialty Nutrition Systems products within Acute Care hospital accounts and integrated delivery networks. The role is anchored in clinical credibility: success depends on translating nutrition support and bedside nursing expertise into sustained protocol-level adoption with clinicians, nutrition support teams, and hospital leadership. The role is structured to deploy flexibly across the SNS portfolio based on business priorities and territory needs. Initial focus for this position will be on Short-Term Feeding products, primarily CORTRAK 2 Enteral Access System (EAS) and CORGRIP NG/NI Tube Securement Device. Over time, the role may expand or shift focus across the broader SNS portfolio as commercial priorities evolve. This is a developmental role. The Associate Clinical Sales Consultant works in close partnership with the regional Clinical Education Specialist and the broader sales team. The role is structured as a 24- to 36-month progression toward a full Account Consultant or Specialist territory. The ideal candidate for the Specialty Nutrition Systems Associate Clinical Sales Consultant will leverage clinical training, product expertise, and developing commercial skills to support and grow assigned product adoption within an assigned geography. The Associate Clinical Sales Consultant will demonstrate clinical credibility at the bedside, structured account management discipline, and a continuous learning posture. Activities are intended to result in protocol-level adoption at top-tier and mid-tier accounts, defended revenue against competitive threats, and sustained year-over-year volume growth in the assigned territory. Market Responsibilities and Call Points Hospitals / Acute Care and Alternate Site as assigned: ICU/NICU/MICU/SICU, Nutrition Support Service, Speech-Language Pathology, Critical Care Nursing leadership, Wound Ostomy Continence Nursing (WOCN), Clinical Nurse Specialists, Senior Administration (CMO/CNO/Chief Quality), Value Analysis Committees, Supply Chain, Gastroenterology, Pulmonology, Interventional Radiology, Emergency Department, Education, Biomed, and Case Management. Key Responsibilities: Support protocol-conversion engagements at top-tier accounts - including bedside training, super-user development, in-services, and outcomes data capture Own day-to-day relationship management and clinical support across the assigned geography, working closely with the regional Clinical Education Specialist on training and implementation activities Lead bedside coaching, case support, in-service training, and competency validation for nursing and clinical staff on assigned products Develop expertise across the AVANOS Specialty Nutrition Systems portfolio and the underlying clinical evidence, IFU, and patient-selection considerations Deliver product and clinical presentations to bedside clinicians, nursing leadership, and multidisciplinary committees Identify clinical champions, support KOL development, and contribute to case study and outcomes documentation that supports broader account growth Partner with sales colleagues across the SNS portfolio on shared accounts, supporting them on clinical and protocol questions for assigned products Track and report on account-level activity, training completion, adoption milestones, and competitive intelligence Participate in regional planning, account reviews, and at-risk account discussions led by the Regional Manager Maintain compliance and credentialing requirements for uninterrupted access to customer facilities Progress through a structured 24- to 36-month development plan toward a full Account Consultant or Specialist territory, including ride-alongs and demonstrated readiness milestones Your qualifications The right candidate is a clinician-first hire. They have spent meaningful time at the bedside, know how nutrition support actually works in an ICU, and can talk to a critical-care nurse or a clinical nurse specialist as a peer rather than a vendor. Sales skills can be developed; clinical credibility cannot. This role is an entry path into medical device sales for clinicians who want to translate their expertise into broader patient impact. It offers a clear development progression toward a full sales territory, and the opportunity to help establish AVANOS Specialty Nutrition Systems as the published standard of care across enteral access, securement, and feeding. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Principal Quality Systems Engineer - QMS serves as a senior subject matter expert and strategic contributor in the development, execution, and continuous improvement of critical Quality System processes. This individual leads cross-functional initiatives, drives quality system harmonization, and serves as the process owner /and process owner support of one or more core elements of the Quality Management System (QMS), contributing to regulatory inspection readiness and the advancement of quality culture throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a business process owner or support and senior technical lead for key QMS elements (e.g., QSSP, Management Review, CAPA, customer complaints handling,health authorities reportability, recalls, change control, specification management, etc.). Lead and mentor teams in complex root cause investigations and development of effective corrective and preventive actions. Partner with stakeholders to drive quality improvements tied to customer complaints and product issues across the lifecycle.
