Warehouse Laborer - Immediate Hire

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the success of the company's hospitality services on-site and off-site through quality control of all packs, equipment testing / routine maintenance, inventory management, and facility maintenance. This is a salaried role with a compensation range of $45,000 to $50,000 a year. We offer a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401k, stock options and paid time off. This role is being staffed in our new Lake Forest Facility (10 Minutes from HQ).

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Picking and packing supplies into crates to support each hospitality service.

Receive and stock deliveries of perishable items, equipment, and catering supplies.

Supply deliveries & pick-ups

Warehouse safety, inventory, organization and equipment management.

Assist with asset tagging of all equipment and maintaining the Asset Panda program.

Equipment maintenance, cleaning, and overseeing repairs.

Oversees forklift maintenance checklist and monitors a weekly battery charging process.

Facility maintenance and supply inventory

Prepping food for shows

At times, swap warehouse shifts to drive a company vehicle to restock a Café Lines location or deliver equipment to a tradeshow.

Actively participates in department meetings.

Supports 2-4 hospitality events each year. Each event is 3-5 days in duration.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1+ years of experience in shipping / warehouse industry

Highly organized and detailed. Strong ability to multi-task.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Experience with productivity tools such as MS Office 365, Outlook, Excel, Word, Google Sheets and MS Teams.

Experience with cloud-based applications and mobile applications preferred.

Unpack and lift equipment ranging from 50 lbs.+

Experience operating a forklift preferred.

Ability to travel to locations across the United States for multi-day hospitality events, including weekend events/travel.
