Green Bay Packaging located in Middlefield Ohio is looking for self-motivated individuals to work in our fast-paced warehouse environment! Our Assembly/ Sequencers work in a warehouse retrieving corrugated boxes and ensuring assembly in the proper order, maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow. Responsibilities include reading bar-coded labels, retrieving product, organizing products on a build sequence, labeling and delivering them to the designated carts/stations. Individuals work four 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday from 6:00am to 4:30pm. Start your weekends on Friday!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Retrieving materials from staging areas using bar-coded labels. Ensuring assembly into exact order based on build sequences into designated containers/carts. Estimated capacity to sequence 100 pieces per hour.

Transporting of corrugated cartons from staging area into designated containers/carts.

Labeling of individual products while assembling and delivering to designated area.

Work in a team environment that is respectful and fast paced.

Sequencers work four 10-hour shifts from 6:00am to 4:30pm.

Maintain a safe work environment through good housekeeping in work areas. Always adhere to safe work practices, including but not limited to wearing safety shoes and safety glasses.

Open to cross-training and job rotation required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Self-Motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds on a repetitive basis for 10 hours per day

Ability to stand for extended periods and walk at a fast pace throughout shift

Some bending, squatting and reaching required

Ability to organize and manage materials effectively

Ability to effectively work with team members, supervisors and communicate

Attention to detail required

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Able to comfortably lift 30 lbs
• Available to work: early morning
• Available to work: weekdays

Preferred qualifications:

• Able to work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures
