Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive urology services to a diverse patient population
- Perform procedures such as laparoscopic surgeries, radical prostatectomies, and nephrectomies
- Participate in both clinic hours and on-call coverage, ensuring high-quality patient care
Qualifications
- Active California medical license
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Minimum two years of current hospital clinical activity in urology
- ACLS certification required
Working Hours
- Varied schedule including Monday-Friday and on-call shifts
- Guaranteed hours with potential for overtime approval
Skills
- Proficient in advanced endoscopic techniques and urological procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to liaise effectively with patients and medical staff
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment
