Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality family medicine care to patients across the lifespan
- Ensure all chart closures are completed within 72 hours
- Maintain a daily patient encounter average of 18
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics (within 5 years of residency)
- Active DEA license required before the start date
- Compliance with credentialing immunization requirements
Working Hours
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills
- Proficiency in family medicine, including preventive and primary care
- Preferred skills in well-woman care and pediatric care (infants to adolescents)
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain timely documentation
Note: Credentialing may take 30-90 days, and immunization documentation will be required prior to the start date.
