Urgent Care Physician Assistant

Neurocritical Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA)

Location : Connecticut
Rate : $100 - $115.00 per hour
Start Date : March 24, 2025
End Date : September 24, 2025
Reason for Position : Coverage

Work Schedule :

• Shifts: 13 to 13.5-hour night shifts (6:30 PM - 7:30 AM or 8:00 AM)
• Shift Frequency: Ideally 3-4 nights per week
• Part-time candidates will be considered

Qualifications :

• PA or NP with experience in Neuro ICU , acute stroke , acute head/spine trauma , neurosurgery , neurology , and overall critical care .
• Expertise in performing central lines and A-lines .

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide Neurocritical care , including some MICU overflow
• Patient Volume: 6-9 ICU patients per night
• Work within a team of NPs/PAs in a 23-bed Neuro ICU
