- Start Date: August 18, 2025
- End Date: December 31, 2025
- Shifts:
- Weekdays: 12-hour shifts
- Weekends: 8-hour shifts
- Providers must be available for at least 3 shifts per week, including weekends
- No On-Call Responsibilities
- Stand-alone facilities Providers must be able to work independently
- Patient Load: patients per shift
- Basic Urgent Care procedures required
- Rad Tech, LPN, and MA at each location
- Additional support staff available
- Minimum 2 years of Urgent Care experience Required
- Ability to work at multiple locations Required
- Must be comfortable working independently
