Position: Blow Mold Maintenance Technician

Location: Winston-Salem, NC

Pay: $28 to $36/hour

Experience:

• 1 to 2 years of experience with pneumatics.
• 1 to 3 years of PLC troubleshooting and electrical experience.
• 3 years of industrial maintenance and manufacturing maintenance experience.

Education: High school diploma or GED.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: 6pm to 6am; 2-2-3 schedule

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Blow Mold Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Perform preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance on Krones Blow Molding equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform timely repairs to minimize production downtime.
• Conduct routine production repairs and support all aspects of equipment operation.
• Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Handle equipment changeovers efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work using provided documentation.
• Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Provide technical support for Krones Blow Molding systems and related components.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support maintenance and production operations.

Position Requirements:

• Experience with Krones Blow Molding required.
• Maintenance troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledge of Fabricating, Electrical, Pneumatics, Welding and Rigging.
• Must be able to troubleshoot equipment problems.
• Fluent Troubleshooting Techniques.
• Good Machine Shop skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
