As a Therapeutic Youth Worker with Lifestyle Solutions, you'll support young people in care to feel safe, build trust, and believe in their futures. Upcoming InductionYour first week will be a 5-day face to face induction to welcome you to the business and also provide TCI training. If successful, you will be required to attend the next upcoming induction:
- 3rd of November - 7th of November
- 1st of December - 5th of December
- Supporting young people with daily routines, personal care, and activities
- Building positive relationships based on trust and respect
- Creating safe, structured therapeutic environments
- Responding calmly to challenges and behavioural needs
- Collaborating on individualised care plans
- Completed or currently studying a Diploma of Community Services or relevant qualification
- Full Australian Driver's License, First Aid and CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check
- Empathy, resilience, and a solutions focused mindset
- Availability across a range of shifts, including weekends and overnights
- Salary packaging up to $15,900 tax free
