As a Therapeutic Youth Worker with Lifestyle Solutions, you'll support young people in care to feel safe, build trust, and believe in their futures. What You'll Be Doing- Supporting young people with daily routines, care, and activities
- Building positive relationships based on trust and respect
- Creating safe, structured therapeutic environments
- Responding calmly to challenges and behavioural needs
- Working collaboratively on individualised care plans
- Completed or currently studying a Diploma of Community Services or relevant qualification
- Full Australian Driver's License, First Aid and CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check
- Empathy, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset
- Availability across a range of shifts, including weekends and overnights
- Salary packaging, up to $15,900 tax-free - take home more of your pay

The role will begin as a casual engagement, with the option to transition to a permanent part-time position, if desired, and subject to a satisfactory probationary period.
