We have both Casual and Permanent Part-Time opportunities available.
Upcoming InductionIf successful your first week will be a 5-day face-to-face induction to welcome you to the business and also provide TCI training.
Dates: Monday 6th of October to Friday 10th of October, 9am-5pm.
What You'll Be Doing- Supporting young people with daily routines, personal care, and activities
- Building positive relationships based on trust and respect
- Creating safe, structured therapeutic environments
- Responding calmly to challenges and behavioural needs
- Collaborating with the team to deliver individualised care plans
- Salary packaging up to $15,900 tax-free, plus an additional $2,650 entertainment card
- Paid 5-day induction and TCI training - all the tools you need to feel confident

- Completed or currently studying a Diploma of Community Services (or relevant qualification)

- Valid Australian Driver's License, First Aid and CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Working with Children Check
- Empathy, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset
- Availability across a range of shifts, including weekends and overnights
