We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused Telecalling Agents to support a leading bank's KYC (Know Your Customer) remediation project. The role involves reaching out to customers to verify, update, and collect required KYC documents, ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused Telecalling Agents to support a leading bank's KYC (Know Your Customer) remediation project. The role involves reaching out to customers to verify, update, and collect required KYC documents, ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing customers to inform them about KYC document requirements.
• Guide customers on document submission processes via digital and physical channels.
• Verify customer details and update records in the banking system accurately.
• Address customer queries regarding KYC requirements and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Follow compliance guidelines and maintain data confidentiality.
• Achieve daily/weekly call targets and maintain high-quality service standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or banking operations.
• Strong communication skills in English / Arabic.
• Basic knowledge of banking regulations and KYC norms is a plus.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using banking applications and MS Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Prior experience in a banking or financial services environment.
