- 2+ years of hands on experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS), preferably within banking or regulated environments
- Strong experience managing CMS uploads, including uploading, updating, organizing, and maintaining documents and digital content
- Proven ability to perform quality assurance checks on content for accuracy, formatting, consistency, and compliance with project and brand standards
- Experience supporting date driven / deadline critical projects, ensuring timely uploads and proactively tracking deliverables
- Ability to monitor timelines, case deadlines, and escape risks or delays when required
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies quickly
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast paced environment
- Experience collaborating with product owners, project managers, content creators, and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, content workflows, and basic troubleshooting
- Prior experience supporting content migration or remediation projects
- Exposure to compliance driven or regulated content environments
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
