What you'll get:

The full-time base annual salary for this position is expected to range between $55,000.00 - $89,000.00. In addition, below is a comprehensive summary of the benefits package we offer:

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the successful candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, and job-related knowledge.

What you'll do:

• Lead all daily manufacturing operations, ensuring schedules are met and compliance is maintained.

• Allocate staffing efficiently based on production needs and priorities.

• Serve as the on-floor expert, guaranteeing activities meet cGMP, ISO 9001, and internal quality standards.

• Provide hands-on training and act as the primary trainer for all manufacturing processes and aseptic techniques.

• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve complex issues that arise on the production floor.

• Drive continuous improvement using Lean principles, manage quality system documentation (including deviations, CAPAs, and change controls), perform batch record reviews, and utilize SAP for materials management and production reporting.

• Mentor junior team members and serve as backup to the Manufacturing Supervisor.

• Track and report on key performance metrics and production goals.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum of four years of hands-on experience in GMP manufacturing, with strong exposure to floor operations and aseptic processing.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and support manufacturing processes in a regulated environment.

• Solid understanding of GMP regulations, SOP compliance, and quality systems.

• Comfortable working with scientific and statistical tools to analyze and interpret operational data.

• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Effective written and verbal communicator with the ability to lead training and engage with staff at all levels.

• Familiarity with SAP, MES, or other digital manufacturing systems is a plus.
