Locations and Requirements: Ground Floor LV Room: 2 Ton branded Daikin/Carrier unit - 1 Nos
Scope of Work:
- Supply and install new split-type air conditioning units.
- Indoor and outdoor units - install indoor and outdoor units, including mounting brackets and vibration isolators.
- Electrical Work - install electrical cabling, isolators, and MCBs.
- Drainage - supply and install proper drainage piping from the indoor unit to a designated safe drainage pipeline location.
- Coring Works - perform coring works through walls/slabs for refrigerant piping, drainage lines, and cabling.
- Sealing - seal all core openings after completion using fire-rated or waterproof sealants as required.
- Pressure Testing - conduct pressure testing of refrigerant lines for leaks.
- Warranty - provide a 1-year warranty on all workmanship and installation.
- Equipment Warranty - provide a 1-year comprehensive warranty on the split A/C unit, including compressor and all major components.
- Safety Precautions - follow proper PPE and safety precautions throughout the installation.
- Site Visit - conduct a site visit prior to installation.
Warranty - 5 Years for the Material.
Terms & ConditionsNo Subcontracting: In accordance with Jointly Owned Property Law No.6, 2019, the vendor/contractor may not use any subcontractor to perform any of his obligations under this work order unless he has obtained prior written consent of SAGA and entered into a separate written agreement with the subcontractor which requires the subcontractor to agree to and abide by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Community shall be deemed to be a third-party beneficiary of any such agreement between the vendor and a permitted subcontractor. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the vendor shall not be relieved of any of its duties or obligations under this Agreement as a result of entering into a written agreement with a permitted subcontractor.
