• Façade / External Glass Cleaning

• 2 times per year

• Full façade cleaning - high pressure wash
• External glass cleaning - normal wash

• BMU Cradle used cleaning

• PPM consumables Included

The team shall comprise:

• Site Supervisor / Rope Access Level III
• Technicians Level I / Level II
• All personnel will be qualified IRATA Rope Access Technicians and will hold valid certificates and logbooks

• Gear - Harness (Petzl Navaho Bod Croll Fast EN 361/358/813), Petzl Work at Height Helmet EN 397, Croll Ascender EN12841 type B, EN 567, Ascension (Jammer) EN 567/12841 type B, Carabiners/Connectors EN 362, Descender Petzl ID EN341/EN12841, Descender Petzl Rig EN341/EN12841, Backup Device Petzl Shunt EN567, Ropes EN1891 type A, Sings conform to EN 566, EN 795 B/566
• PPE - Rope Access Helmet, Safety Boots, Hi-visibility Vest/Clothing, Gloves and Goggles (If required)

• Shall adhere to and comply with local authorities' safety regulations pertaining to work at the job site and rope access, as certified by IRATA.
• Job activities shall be carried out in accordance with safe working practices, description, location, and climatic conditions.
• Personnel shall be provided with company-approved safety gear (coverall, hard hat, antistatic equipment, safety shoes, gloves, harness, safety glasses, earplugs, etc.).
• Any work permits required from relevant authorities shall be the responsibility of the vendor.
• Cleaning chemicals shall be eco-friendly and biodegradable where applicable.
• Shall advise the client on suitable weather conditions for façade cleaning.
• Shall notify the client of any observed façade glass damage to inform safety measures for lower floors and assist the building team as required.
• Schedules of work for individual elevations shall be provided to prepare barricades on the ground floor as needed.
• The contractor shall clean up, remove, and dispose of all debris related to the work.
• All work, including startup of equipment, is to be performed during regular working hours.
• The vendor shall furnish proper supervision to ensure work meets quality standards.
• A cleaning certificate shall be issued.

• Workforce shall be provided with proper uniform, safety equipment, and other safety gear as required.
• Areas of work shall be secluded with proper partitions and signboards.
• The area shall be cleaned completely after completion; tools and waste shall not be left at the worksite.
• The vendor is solely responsible for any liability arising from injuries to its employees under this agreement.
