Job Description- Develop and implement strategic communication plans aligned with project goals.
- Engage with stakeholders to foster collaboration and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
- Prepare clear and concise communication materials, including reports and presentations.
- Provide advice on best practices for engagement and communication strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure messaging is consistent and impactful.
- Manage communication risks and provide solutions to mitigate them effectively.
- Support the delivery of consultancy, strategy, and change projects within the Docklands location.
A successful Strategic Communications and Engagement Advisor should have:
- Relevant qualifications in communications, public relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in delivering strategic communication initiatives within a professional setting.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of the industrial/manufacturing sector is preferred but not essential.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Competitive hourly rate, approximately $55-$70 per hour plus super
