Job Description
  • Develop and implement strategic communication plans aligned with project goals.
  • Engage with stakeholders to foster collaboration and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Prepare clear and concise communication materials, including reports and presentations.
  • Provide advice on best practices for engagement and communication strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure messaging is consistent and impactful.
  • Manage communication risks and provide solutions to mitigate them effectively.
  • Support the delivery of consultancy, strategy, and change projects within the Docklands location.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Strategic Communications and Engagement Advisor should have:

  • Relevant qualifications in communications, public relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in delivering strategic communication initiatives within a professional setting.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of the industrial/manufacturing sector is preferred but not essential.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
