Job DescriptionThe Store Manager is responsible for:
- Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth workflows.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve sales and service targets.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Ensure stock levels are optimised and orders are managed effectively.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any escalated concerns.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
- Oversee compliance with safety, security, and operational policies.
- Drive promotional activities and in-store marketing initiatives.
A successful Store Manager should have:
