Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning, coordinating and the execution of integrating systems, subsystems and equipment onto commercially derivative aircraft.
Develop detailed program master schedule
Develop budget for CAMs
Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality and operations.
Risk Management
Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders
Provide updates to Sr Leadership on all aspects of the program.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, Management, Engineering or related field
Typically 10+ years of progressive experience in project or program management
Typically 5+ years leading large scale projects; scope spanning multiple years, while leading teams made up of 10+ cross functional members
Experience managing FFP contracts
Aircraft integration experience
Proven experience managing cost and schedule
Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractor teammates
Experience leading large scale cross functional programs
Experience leading teams
Proven experience delivering on cost and schedule
Experience identifying, mitigating and managing risk.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Active PMP
Active Security Clearance
Budgeting and Financial Management Skills
Experience working with international customer

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $150,009.28 - $206,262.76. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
