An individual with 2+ years of culinary leadership experience in a high volume fast paced restaurant or hospitality environmentA supportive and entrepreneurial leader with a proven ability to mentor, inspire, and guide kitchen partners toward exceptional performance, skill development, and the achievement of financial goalsA reliable and motivated individual with a passion for food and a deep understanding of kitchen management practicesAble to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required by the role
