Site Educator

Schedule is Monday - Friday, 3pm - 11pm

The Site Educator is responsible for support and supervision of assigned clients in the Transitional Living Program. The Site Educator is available to assist our clients in activities of daily living, provide them with emotional, vocational, and educational support and guidance, and to insure a nurturing and safe environment. This position would require an eight hour shift, working Monday through Friday, 3pm - 11pm.

General requirements:

• High School Diploma
  
• 2 yrs of Human Service (social work, psychology) is preferred
  
• A least 25 yrs old
  
• Valid Illinois drivers license + proof of car insurance

Applicants must possess excellent communication skills, be self-disciplined, able to prioritize multiple demands in a timely manner, well organized and detail oriented, have a highly developed understanding of confidentiality, and the desire and ability to work cooperatively with other members of the treatment team.
