Silk Screen Printing Assistant

Bring your creative designs to life in this "hands on" position that is available in the Sheboygan County area We have a really exciting new position available for someone that has previous printing or silk screening experience.
Silk Screen Duties:

• Make screens as requested.
• Maintain FDA paperwork.
• Assist in creating new artwork.
• Understand and maintain UDI labels, expiration dates, lot numbers and date calendar.
• Work with outside vendors.
• Maintain inventory of supplies (order and receive).

Label Production Related Duties:

• Produce labels to fill required amount for Kan Ban cards, production and rework slips as needed.
• Enter data and design serial value labels.
• Responsible for tracking of serial value labels printed in the label room.
• Provide artwork and label specifications to outside printers to spec out large volume labels.
• Maintain equipment and perform minor repairs to printers including scheduling preventative maintenance and placing service calls when necessary.

• Strong problem-solving capability.
• Proven organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, perform several duties simultaneously and work with interruptions.
• Prefer someone with knowledge of file extensions.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel to import database files, Nice Label, Adobe, Microsoft Photo Editor and Paint.
