Your Mission
Coordinate installation, preventative, and reactive maintenance of KARL STORZ medical devices, including OR1 and telepresence equipment.
Collaborate with internal engineers, global technical teams, and external contractors to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Provide technical support and repair services both onsite and in-house, including diagnostics, maintenance, software updates, and remote assistance.
Ensure compliance with safety standards (AS/NZS3551) and company quality policies (ISO9001).
Manage spare parts usage, documentation, and reconciliation accurately.
Prioritise and respond to customer technical inquiries promptly, and communicate clearly at each service stage.
Estimate service costs for quotations and prepare equipment properly for international repairs when needed.
Maintain accurate service records in repair databases and uphold data confidentiality and intellectual property protection.
