About the role

We are seeking dynamic and experienced leaders to join the ICAMHS team in both North and East directorates.

In partnership with the respective Medical Co-Directors, these roles provide strategic leadership, coordination, and integration across their directorates. You will be responsible for managing human, financial, and material resources to support the broader objectives of ICAMHS and CAHS.

  • Drive service excellence and reform, including implementation of the ICA Taskforce recommendations, ICAMHS reform priorities, and the new Community Model of Care across the directorates.
  • Lead quality improvement and change initiatives, including the development and implementation of Quality Action Plans and continuous evaluation of clinical services and models of care.
  • Ensure high performing clinical services, fostering multidisciplinary collaboration, innovation, and responsiveness to service demands while meeting key performance indicators.
  • Provide expert advice and reporting, including oversight of ministerial, budget submissions, and strategic documentation, while maintaining compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including the Department of Health, and represent the directorates through active participation in committees and governance forums.
