An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Waiter/ess to join the F&B Service team in Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Greet and seat guests warmly, answer menu inquiries, and explain ingredients, cooking methods, and allergy-related information.
• Present daily specials and promotions, recommend food and beverages, and take accurate orders, including special requests.
• Manage cashiering tasks using the MICROS system, process various payment methods, and generate accurate guest bills.
• Oversee section operations, collect guest feedback, and assist with guest inquiries or calls when needed.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to fulfill and expedite orders efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness, prepare service areas, follow hygiene standards, and support smooth service flow while upholding Jumeirah excellence.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• One or two years of experience in the same role with a strong F&B background in a 5-star luxury property or a standalone/branded restaurant.
• Proficient in English and a second language (Russian or European languages are desirable).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Micros, and Sevenrooms.
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
