An opportunity has arisen for an Intern to join Sales and Marketing at Jumeirah Living World Trade Centres. The main responsibilities include:

• Provide accurate information on room types, rates, availability, packages and policies.
• Process, modify and cancel reservations in the system while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing guest needs, concerns and special requests.
• Support the sales team in promoting offers, packages and seasonal promotions to increase revenue.
• Participate in upselling activities to maximize sales opportunities.
• Assist in preparing sales related documents such as proposals, contracts and reports.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools and technologies.
• Analytical focus with strong quantitative skills.
• Experience creating annual marketing plans.
• Understanding of ROI calculations and methodologies.
