This is a vital, permanent role focused specifically on major Infrastructure Projects in the UAE.

• Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior Cost Consultant

• Salary & Package: 25,000 AED - 30,000 AED Total Package (Tax-Free)

Chartered Status MRICS : (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) via the Quantity Surveying route. (essential requirement) In addition to all of the following:

• Type of Employer: Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Cost Consultant / PQS with a recognised Cost Consultancy organisation.
• Sector Experience: Proven, specific, and recent experience on Infrastructure Projects is essential.
• Years of Experience: Minimum of 10+ years post-degree experience as a QS/Cost Consultant, ideally with a Tier 1 Cost Consultancy.
• Qualifications: A 3-year, full-time Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management from a recognised University.
• Project Experience: Strong command of both Pre-Contract and Post-Contract activities on infrastructure schemes.

This attractive, tax-free compensation package includes a competitive basic salary, discussed on a case-by-case basis (circa 25,000-35,000 AED total package), plus comprehensive benefits:
