- Chartered Status :Candidates should have attained MRICS Chartered Status ( Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) Quantity Surveying route.
- Type of Experience: Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Cost Consultant / PQS with a recognised Cost Consultancy organisation. We are not considering candidates with a Contractor Background.
- Sector Experience:This client has requested specific previous experience of Airports Projects
- Years of Experience: A minimum of 10 years experience post degree as a Quantity Surveyor or Cost Consultant with a well known Tier 1 Cost Consultancy organisation.
- Qualifications: A 3-year degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management from a recognised University. Please note, that your Degree Qualification must be a full-time degree.
- Project Experience : You will have both Pre and Post contracts experience of Airport projects.
- Country Experience: Our client would like someone with previous experience in the United Arab Emirates
- Mobilisation and demobilisation flights
- Laptop, Mobile Phone, Visa
- Medical Cover is also provided on top.
- Bonus as per Dubai law
- Visa costs are also paid by the company.
- A copy of your certification showing MRICS Chartered Status OR your RICS Membership number.
- Please provide the date that you attained your Degree Qualification, the university and the type of Degree, i.e. Full Time.
- Please detail in your CV any gaps in your work and the reason for this.
