About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented Senior Building Project Manager to join their Northern Territory team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects across the region. You will manage project teams, budgets, schedules, and contracts while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that contribute to critical infrastructure and regional growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage project planning, delivery, and commercial performance to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Lead by promoting a culture of safety and compliance
Collaborate with site teams, clients, and subcontractors to achieve milestones and maintain strong relationships
Implement project control systems and reporting procedures for continuous improvement
Conduct project reviews, risk assessments, and provide financial and compliance reports to senior management

About You
10+ years proven experience in project leadership and commercial management within the construction industry
Experience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction companies
Strong understanding of Australian building codes, WHSEQ regulations, and industry standards
Solid work tenure and proven career progression
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
Ability to obtain defence clearance and pass a pre-employment medical

Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project, Aconex, or Procore
