Lighthouse Baptist Church Nelson Bay is looking to call a senior pastor preferably full time.
We have an average congregation of 60 attendees who are mostly in the older age group and we are seeking an experienced Pastor who is committed to building the church to be a church of the future.
Ideal Candidate will possess- A deep and mature Christian Faith
- Strong leadership and relational skills,
- Excellent communication, and
- A deep commitment to reach out to the community by integrating the community into the life of the church.
