Beachside Christian Church is prayerfully seeking an experienced Senior Pastor.
Beachside Christian Church was established in Palm Beach on the Gold Coast over 20 years ago and is affiliated with Queensland Baptists.
Beachside Christian Church's vision is to become a people so full of God's powerful Holy Spirit that we see God completely transform Palm Beach, the Gold Coast and many other communities around the world. We are flexible and responsive, with genuine connections within the community, focusing on outreach, discipleship, and strong faith-based foundations.
We are seeking a Lead Pastor who:
- Is gifted inpreaching and teaching-faithful to God's word
- Demonstrates godly character and models the fruit of the Holy Spirit
- Demonstrates ability in discipling and equipping ministry leaders and the wider church, encouraging a culture of using our gifts and talents for the expansion of the Kingdom
- Can vision cast to empower the church in disciple making, spiritual maturity and reaching the lost
- Demonstrates a Kingdom mindset and willing to collaborate and build relationships with other churches, chaplains, and community services
- Has a strong pastoral heart with demonstrated relationship skills
- Authentically minister to beach communities and able to reside in our local community (Nb: no visa sponsorship provided).
