Key Responsibilities- Database Administration
- Data Guard & Disaster Recovery
- Backup & Recovery (RMAN)
- Performance Tuning & Monitoring
- Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM)
- Table Partitioning
- Materialized Views (MViews)
- Query Development
- Automation & Scripting
- Cross-Platform Knowledge
- 8+ years proven experience as an Oracle DBA
- Strong expertise in Oracle RAC, Data Guard / Active Data Guard, and GoldenGate
- Hands on experience with Oracle Database 12c and 19c
- In depth knowledge of table partitioning techniques and performance implications
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL development, and query tuning
- Hands on experience with RMAN backup / recovery and cloning
- Strong understanding of tablespace management, indexing strategies, and MViews
- Solid knowledge of Linux / Unix administration and storage concepts (ASM, SAN / NAS, LUNs)
- Familiarity with OEM monitoring and diagnostics
- Knowledge of Tivoli TSM backup integration
- Shell scripting for automation (required)
- Working knowledge of SQL Server and IBM DB2
- Oracle Certification (OCP / OCM) preferred
