- Lead team members to initiate and optimize internal and external digital marketing promotions to achieve channel acquisition and engagement targets
- Work closely with and assist Department Head to explore, identify and engage startup or FinTech solutions for customer acquisition and retention
- Take initiative to explore the market trend, new technologies, new FinTech products and business models
- Responsible for digital and social media channel acquisition, marketing and on-boarding strategy for different banking products
- Engage with businesses to understand and translate business objectives into marketing ideas, segmentation, concepts and campaign frameworks
- Degree holder in Finance, Marketing or related disciplines
- Over 6 years of experience in digital marketing in banking or wealth management industries, or relevant experience in related consultancy for banking or wealth management clients
- Solid experience in digital media and acquisition preferred
- Good business knowledge in digital marketing, FinTech, e-commerce and related strategies in banking and wealth management products and segments
- Candidates with less experience may be considered as "Manager"
