The Senior Investment Specialist plays a central role in delivering sophisticated Investment Solutions to High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI), Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI) and Family Offices. The role focuses on deep product expertise, market insights, investment strategy and sales enablement to support a team of Senior Private Bankers and their clients across multiple asset classes including Fixed Income, Equities, Structured Products, Mutual Funds, Alternatives and Discretionary Portfolio Mandates.
Client & Private Banker Support- Work closely with a team of Senior Private Bankers to identify investment opportunities and structure tailored investment product solutions for clients.
- Participate in client meetings and present investment ideas, strategies, and market outlook.
- Deliver regular investment updates and performance reviews and portfolio discussions.
- Provide timely responses to client and banker investment queries on investment products, client portfolios or financial markets.
- Collaborate with the Investment Product Team to design bespoke investment solutions for sophisticated client needs.
- Demonstrate deep product expertise and knowledge across different asset classes, including Fixed Income, Equities, Mutual Funds, Alternatives, Structured Products and Discretionary mandates.
- Work with Investment Product & Wealth Lending Team to customize investment ideas and solutions based on client requirements.
- Monitor global and regional markets to generate actionable trade ideas and thematic investment opportunities.
- Disseminate daily, weekly, and monthly market updates and product opportunities to Private Bankers.
- Conduct investment calls, product workshops, and training sessions to build investment awareness and strengthen bankers' product knowledge.
- Drive growth in Assets Under Management (AUMs) and penetration rates across assigned portfolios.
- Achieve the assigned investment revenue targets through proactive client engagement.
- Ensure all investment activities adhere to internal governance, suitability standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously monitor product performance and client portfolios for ongoing appropriateness and diversification.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including Investment Product, Treasury, and OCIO teams to enhance the investment suite and client solutions.
- Support digital investment platforms to improve trade efficiency and client experience.
