Job Description- Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to support organisational goals.
- Manage employee relations matters, including performance management and conflict resolution.
- Lead HR projects and initiatives to enhance workplace culture and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with public sector policies, procedures, and legislation.
- Deliver training and development programs to support employee growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver HR solutions tailored to business needs.
- Lead workplace health and safety initiatives and complete compliance requirements.
A successful Senior HR Business Partner should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles within the public sector.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations issues.
- Experience in workforce planning and change management.
- Proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting tools.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Fixed-term contract with a competitive salary circa $120,000 + superannuation
