Experience 
- Experience within complex environments defined by high availability, high transaction rate and geographical complexity
- 4+ years in IT Operations within an organization of more than 4000 users with at least 3 years of experience in banking
- Expertise in End user technologies
- Strong understanding on the technical aspects of mobile devices.
- Familiar with data transfers from iOS to Android and vice versa.
- Strong understanding of Avaya and Polycom functionalities.
- Familiar with latest EUS devices/platforms in the market.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
- Ability to influence, coach/mentor and listen to team members and peers if applicable
- Experience in coordinating, facilitating and influencing management
- Experience in contributing to and executing ITIL maturity uplift plans or roadmaps
