Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide first and second-level support for Newgen software products. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or development teams as necessary.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Assist in the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Newgen software. Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure software quality. Document and report defects, track their resolution, and verify fixes.
- Experience: Proven experience in technical support, preferably with Newgen software products. Hands-on experience in software testing, including creating and executing test plans and cases.
