The projectSeize this opportunity to join a great team on an outstanding aviation project, destined to set new records and define the future. This ambitious multi-year commission with Mace offers the chance to initially shape major earthworks, infrastructure and sub-structure elements, evolving into broad airport development.
You'll be responsible for- Deliver cost management services throughout all project phases across multiple sectors.
- Lead discipline specific areas using advanced technical knowledge to support project decisions.
- Conduct feasibility studies and advise on procurement strategies and contract selection.
- Apply value management techniques to enhance project outcomes and cost efficiency.
- Manage estimating and cost planning, presenting final cost plans to stakeholders.
- Oversee contract documentation, ensuring compliance and formal execution.
- Maintain cost control during the contract lifecycle, including monthly reporting.
- Evaluate contractor claims, manage design change impacts, and mentor Cost Consultants.
- Degree in quantity surveying / cost management (or equivalent).
- Professional membership i.e. MRICS (or equivalent).
- Middle East experience is essential.
