The project:Seize this opportunity to join a great team on an outstanding aviation project, destined to set new records and define the future. This ambitious multi-year commission with Mace offers the chance to initially shape major earthworks, infrastructure and sub-structure elements, evolving into broad airport development.
You'll be responsible for:- Deliver cost management services from project start to completion across various sectors. Apply technical expertise to support specific disciplines and project areas.
- Conduct feasibility studies and advise on procurement strategies and contract selection.
- Use value management techniques early to improve cost efficiency.
- Lead estimating and cost planning, including presenting final cost plans.
- Assist in contractor selection and prepare formal contract documentation.
- Provide cost control and financial reporting tailored to client needs.
- Mentor junior staff, drive process improvements, and support net zero carbon goals.
- Degree in quantity surveying / cost management (or equivalent).
- Professional membership i.e. MRICS (or equivalent).
- Middle East experience is essential.
