This ambitious multi-year commission with Mace offers the chance to initially shape major earthworks, infrastructure and sub-structure elements, evolving into broad airport development.

• Deliver cost management services from project start to completion across various sectors. Apply technical expertise to support specific disciplines and project areas.
• Conduct feasibility studies and advise on procurement strategies and contract selection.
• Use value management techniques early to improve cost efficiency.
• Lead estimating and cost planning, including presenting final cost plans.
• Assist in contractor selection and prepare formal contract documentation.
• Provide cost control and financial reporting tailored to client needs.
• Mentor junior staff, drive process improvements, and support net zero carbon goals.

• Degree in quantity surveying / cost management (or equivalent).
• Professional membership i.e. MRICS (or equivalent).
• Middle East experience is essential.
